Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations for registration and accommodation will only be accepted in writing. Cancellations made prior to 24 October 2002 will be refunded less 25% to cover administration costs.

No registration refunds will be made after this date.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty.

Air Travel

Discounted air travel has also been negotiated for the Conference, with all domestic bookings being processed through Ozwings (a division of Ozaccom). Non-Conditional and Conditional discounts of up to 60% off the full economy airfare have been negotiated, subject to seat availability at time of booking. As Ozwings is also a licenced travel agent and can co-ordinate all your travel requirements including alternate airlines and current promotional fares.

Flight cancellations will be subject to the conditions specified on your ticket. Please enquire with. Ozwings when purchasing your ticket regarding cancellation conditions.

Cancellation of additional tickets for social functions will be available if participation is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the function.

Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST. Cheques or drafts must be made out in Australian currency and drawn on an Australian bank. Alternatively, payment by credit card is acceptable. Registration form may be sent by facsimile only if payment is by credit card.

Optional Tours and Social Activities

Please note that with the exception of the Welcome Reception and Symposium Dinner, all tours and social activities are at an additional cost. These are also based on minimum numbers, if numbers should not be reached then the organisers reserve the right to cancel the tour. All monies will be refunded in the event of optional tour or function cancellation.
